Terms of Service

License Grant

Upon successful purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product within your Roblox projects unless otherwise stated.

This license allows commercial use within your own games and experiences but does not transfer ownership of the product or its intellectual property.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, share, leak, or repackage any purchased product.
• Upload purchased assets for public distribution.
• Claim ownership of any FranCheese Store product.
• Remove, bypass, or modify licensing, ownership, or security systems included with a product.
• Use purchased products for marketplace resale or inclusion in asset packs.
• Share source files with individuals who have not purchased the product.

Any violation of these restrictions may result in license termination without refund.

Product Ownership

All products, assets, scripts, systems, designs, and related materials remain the intellectual property of FranCheese Store unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Purchasing a product grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership or copyright.

Open Source Products

Products sold with source access or open-source access remain subject to these Terms.

Open-source access does not grant permission to redistribute, resell, reupload, sublicense, or claim ownership of the product.

Support

Support is provided for:

• Installation assistance.
• Product setup.
• Configuration guidance.
• Intended and documented features.
• Verified product-related issues and bugs.

Support does not include:

• Custom development.
• Feature requests.
• Third-party integrations not advertised with the product.
• Modifications outside the documented functionality.

Updates

Eligible products may receive updates, fixes, improvements, or new features at our discretion. Update availability may vary between products.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final.

Refunds may only be issued when required by law or in exceptional situations determined solely by FranCheese Store.

Account Actions

We reserve the right to suspend access, revoke licenses, deny support, or terminate services if users engage in:

• Fraudulent activity.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Product leaking or redistribution.
• Abuse toward staff or community members.
• Violations of these Terms of Service.

Limitation of Liability

FranCheese Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product or service.

Products are provided "as is" without guarantees that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every project.
